The Kooks - Inside In / Inside Out
The Kooks release their eagerly anticipated debut album 'Inside In / Inside Out' on 23rd January, preceded by their new single 'You Don't Love Me' on 9th January on Virgin.
The single is the third to be taken from the album, which was produced by Tony Hoffer (Beck, AIR, Supergrass) and recorded at Ray Davies' KONK Studios in North London. It was mixed by Michael Brauer.
2005 has been quite a year for the young Brighton four-piece. Their debut single 'Eddie's Gun' (described by NME as 'as deeply impressive as a debut single gets') entered the charts at no.35, and its follow-up 'Sofa Song' got to no. 28. A year of constant touring and playing with, amongst others, The Subways, Dead 60's and Futureheads, led to a string of sold-out headline shows in November. The band will see the year out with another UK tour, this time as main support for Editors on the Levi's Ones To Watch tour.
