Woody: ilikemusic because... it saved my life... Respect.
Leon Jean-Marie: ilikemusic because... It transcends. It really creates emotion with someone. That feeling it gives you, it goes through boundaries. To create something, it just breaks through all the walls. When you connect with a song, that is it, that is magic isn't it?
Hyperactiveproductions.com.au: ilikemusic because... It's the drug inside me, don't need nothing else to help me...
Joker21SRB: ilikemusic because... It helps me relax and feel good. I can't imagine a day with no music
Taio Cruz: ilikemusic because... It’s my life and it’s the air that I breathe. It calms me when I’m feeling uptight and it’s there for me when I want to party if I want to listen to something up tempo, it’s just amazing in any situation. That’s why I like music!
simon f baker: ilikemusic because... you can transcend the confines of the material world with it, it's probably better than shagging in fact. There is virtually nothing more satisfying than when a load of chords and words suddenly come together into a song ; suddenly everything in life seems to fit and make sense once more.
Sarah Jessica Parker: ilikemusic because... it is a way to express yourself. And It is just a beutiful nightmare. Addictive by name, Addictive by nature, chart-topping East London duo Aisha Stuart and Louise Bagan are back with a new sound and a new single fast climbing the buzz charts in advance of next month's release.
Originally bursting out of the Bassline and Funky House scene last year with their top 40 debut single Gonna Be Mine (a collaboration with producer T2) the girls were a hit with fans and industry alike, topping the National Club, MTV Dance and MTV Base video charts and awarded not only a 5* review in DJ Magazine but the accolade Single Of The Week in music industry bible Music Week.
Twelve months, and much hard work in the studio later and Addictive are ready to unleash their debut album, a mature collection of tracks which will suprise many with its sheer variety of styles and depth of writing. Then again as the girls' influences span not only Beyoncé and Rihanna but run to Kings of Leon and Patsy Cline too it's really only natural.
Says Aisha "Five years ago we were singing R'n'B pop, then we started hitting the clubs with Funky House and Bassline, so we've enjoyed experimenting with different sounds, R&B, Pop, Electro, and acoustically stripped down stuff. This album represents who we are and there's something for everyone."
