2007 has seen Amy established as one of world's biggest stars, both commercially and critically. The continued high chart position in the UK, ("Back To Black" has only been outside the UK top 10 for 1 week this year), has been mirrored in the US where "Back To Black" entered the Billboard Hot 100 album chart at no. 7 making Amy the highest debuting British female artist in the history of the US albums chart.
The critical response to the record has been every bit as impressive with Amy picking up a series of awards including a Brit, Ivor Novello, Mojo, Glamour, Elle Style Awards, Mobo and most recently the prestigious Q Award for Album of the Year.
