Cassie - Me&U
Hot new Bad Boy/Atlantic signing Cassie releases her US smash single, the infectious, seductive 'Me&U', in the UK on August 14, followed by her debut album on August 28. She might be the new girl on the scene but 'Me&U' has reached #6 in the main Billboard chart, and already 19 year old Cassie's got some serious supporters in her corner: namely industry legends Tommy Mottola and Sean Diddy Combs who, in 2006 signed Cassie to his platinum Bad Boy roster, and in the UK 'Me&U' is already B-listed at BBC Radio 1.
She also acheived No.1 spot in the hallowed web pages of My Space's music site... with a staggering 13.5 million page views and 260,000 friends.

Working with Ryan Leslie (Britney Spears, Beyonce) and his NextSelection crew Cassie is unleashing a record that showcases her depth. "I'm hoping to show I can do a wide range of things. We have slow jams, the pop side, a little rock n roll and I actually rap! The album's really for everyone." Says Cassie, "This cd represents what I've always wanted to do. I can't wait for everyone to hear it."
