Estelle - American Boy single feat. Kanye West / Shine album

West London-born-and-raised starlet Estelle releases her brand new single, 'American Boy', digitally on March 10th and physically on March 24th through Atlantic Records/Homeschool... and at ilikemusic, we think it's one of the BEST SINGLES OF THE YEAR SO FAR!

Featuring global superstar KanYe West (who recently invited the 27-year-old to join him on his tour of the UK), it is the second track to be lifted from the hugely anticipated forthcoming album, SHINE out March 31st.

Estelle will be signing copies of her brand new Atlantic Records album 'Shine' on Monday 31 March at 6pm at zavvi, Oxford Street, London.

SHINE is a truly original mix of sounds. Where Senegal meets London and hops the pond. Where funk shimmies up against reggae and R&B. Somewhere out of this world is where you'll find Estelle.

Teaming up once again with wil.i.am (Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston) on her second offering, to create the funk infused, 'American Boy'. Of the song, which features KanYe West, Estelle laughs, "I gave the ladies an anthem!" The single follows the spark lit by the brilliant 'Wait A Minute(Just A Touch)'- also wil.i.am produced and anchored by an experimental spin on 'Screamin' Jay Hawkins' "I Put a Spell on You."
