Goldie - Watch the Ride
Visceral dark and twisted at times Goldie kicks off the mix with the haunting liquid vibes of Dutch Electronic Music trio Noisia's 'Strange Owl Project.' Pincered between two of his own tracks 'Mirror' with D Bridge and 'Monkey Boy,' under his Rufige Kru guise, Barney Trouble's 'Mile High' drives the mix forward setting the tone for what is to be an hour and a half of rich and varied sounds.
DJ Hazard's 'Machete' and a remix of Shy FX's 'Bambatta' move the mix into altogether grimier, darker territory, pushing the tempo, seamlessly dropping into System's 'Near Miss' for a tearing run through big hitters from DJ Die & Break, Commix, Future Cut and Calibre before rounding things off with the growling 'Shanghai Dub' from Rufige Kru.

Celebrating the release of his Harmless Records' 'Watch the Ride' compilation, legendary Drum and Bass pioneer Goldie will be holding a special launch party at East Village in the heart of Shoreditch on Thursday 10th July.
