Her debut album MUSIC OF THE SUN was released the summer August 2005 and was led by the single of the summer "Pon de Replay", which peaked at number two on both the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and the UK singles chart.
Last year, Rihanna shined in her many television appearances including; Regis & Kelly, The Today Show, MTV's Video Music Awards, Ellen and the hit television series, Las Vegas.
