Following her Mercury Music Prize nomination Terri Walker is back with a brand new single; "Whoopsie Daisy" and album "L-O-V-E" where she mixes some of the old with the new after working with the talents behind Jamelia's "Superstar".
"Whoopsie Daisy" is a cheeky, shake your booty slice of R&B pop perfection and will be released on 14th March through Mercury Records. Co-written by Terri and this year's Ivor Novello winners Remee and Cupfather & Joe (responsible for Jamelia's Superstar) "Whoopsie Daisy" is sure to infect the airwaves in the same way and put Terri Walker firmly on the map.
Terri initially broke onto the scene with the release of her debut album "Untitled". The album soon became a critic's favourite and in 2003 Terri found herself performing at the Mercury Music Prize awards ceremony having been shortlisted for the award alongside Dizzee Rascal, Radiohead and Coldplay.
Terri is currently hosting MTV's Base Lounge and with media mogul Jonathan Shalit managing her she is onto bigger and better things in 2005.
Already added to the Choice FM playlist nine weeks upfront of release "Whoopsie Daisy" is already a big hit on the urban scene and looks destined for chart success in the spring.
