Black Eyed Peas - My Humps
Demonstrating she can play tough-girl and tease, Fergie takes centre stage for the sexy third single from The Black Eyed Peas, 'My Humps', out 14th November on A&M Records.
Taken from the band's fourth album 'Monkey Business' - which has racked-up four million sales worldwide since its release in May and has been Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 14 weeks - 'My Humps' is a raw electro stomp of a track, showing that despite being a band with a conscience, the Peas can still mix business with pleasure.
Aside from The Black Eyed Peas, frontman will.i.am has been working as producer on Brazilian legend Sergio Mendes' forthcoming LP, which will also feature Stevie Wonder, Q-Tip and Jill Scott. Will is also working on the new album from Macy Gray, who recently signed to his record label will.i.am Music Group.
Earlier this year, the will.i.am foundation was also founded with the goal of working with diverse international organisations to construct housing and schools in third world countries and to improve music programmes in American inner cities.
The Black Eyed Peas are about to commence their tour of Australia and New Zealand with John Legend and will be joining Gwen Stefani on her forthcoming 16-date US tour 'Harajuku Lovers 2005' throughout October and November. The band will start their European tour on 1st December, with UK dates as follows:
Thursday, 15th December - Glasgow Academy
Friday, 16th December - Birmingham Carling Academy
Sunday, 18th December - London Hammersmith Apollo
Monday, 19th December - London Hammersmith Apollo
Tuesday, 20th December - Manchester Carling Apollo

Master Gee: ilikemusic because... It gives me an opportunity to truly express myself, unlike what happens in an everyday living situation where there are restrictions on you and limitations on you and demands on you and bills to pay, through music I can truly be comfortable with who I am, and do what I really want to do and say what I really want to say.
Hugo, The Maccabees: ilikemusic because... I just do. I’ve always liked music. It’s just my thing.
Ryan, OneRepublic: ilikemusic because... It is the soundtrack to my life every day.
simon f baker: ilikemusic because... you can transcend the confines of the material world with it, it's probably better than shagging in fact. There is virtually nothing more satisfying than when a load of chords and words suddenly come together into a song ; suddenly everything in life seems to fit and make sense once more.
Estelle: ilikemusic because... It enables me to get my feelings out and it’s borderline therapy for me. Music makes me feel.
Chris, Orson: ilikemusic because... Well, is there anything else? Music is the perfect thing, it makes you feel good, it makes you feel sad, it makes you feel happy, what else is there?
Josh Ritter: ilikemusic because... It’s like an envelope that I can carry around with me wherever I go and I can unfold the letter at anytime.
Sam, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly: ilikemusic because... Music is a special thing that is not like anything else in the world. You might argue that you can translate emotions through films and through books but anyone can make music, whether that be humming or singing along to the radio, it’s something that gives enjoyment and positivity to many people.
