Young singer Murray James is possessed of a voice that floats somewhere between the husky tones of Macy Gray and the blue-eyed soulfulness of Maverick Sabre.
Singed to Elton John's management company and snapped up by Sony, he has been pricking up industry ears for a little while now, and with his debut album on the way in 2012 we're likely to be hearing more from him in the coming months.
In the meantime, James has been spending his time wandering the streets of East London, as you can see from his new video for the track Blue Today.
